Needing a team

Im looking for a team to create a new style of forum. The scripting i want is to be in PHP and MySQL, Maybe others also if needed. I wanting to create this as a remotely hosted forums w/ Ads (Pay monthly without ads). Ad'z will be in google adsense, But the money is not going to me at all. %20 is going to the site (Going as in advertising, buying stuff needed for site, etc...), 50% is going, and the other 30% is going to what ever it needs to go for. So let me get this... you make a profit, and the rest of the team doesnt?

I will code the entire site for you... $1400. I will require escrow upfront, or paypal upfront (Your choice, you need to pay fees as well) since this will be my first project with you.

No, im not getting nutting for it. As you can see if you read. I dont have the money to pay but if you would read it, it say that Ad'z will be in google adsense, But the money is not going to me at all. %20 is going to the site (Going as in advertising, buying stuff needed for site, etc...), 50% is going, and the other 30% is going to what ever it needs to go for.

I know how to read:
