Learning PHP & MySQL

Hey everyone,

I really would like to learn php, i think it would greatly help me with my sites so i dont have to fall short on some things. I want to get started, but i dont know how. Where can i go for tutorials from the start to finish for php. and good tutorials that will teach me so i will know howto make login scripts, tutorial submissions and stuff like that. I also may be able to pay abit for someone to guide me through this. I want to get serious about php & Mysql but i just dont know where to start.

Thanks
Mike_Wiseman

your best bet in my opinion is to start off with a book. After you have gone through a decent book you will then be able to pick up anything good.
