Where To Start?

I want to learn PHP and MySQL... I really don't know much about it other than what I've picked up from installing mods on vBulletin, which is not much at all. Where should I start to begin learning?

Start off with some simple tutorials

http://www.php.net is a great resource to learn from.

You can also learn a lot from PHPfreaks.

One of the simplest (and my personal favorite for beginners) is Tizag PHP.
