login.asp script problem

Hey i've made a login page for a website and after i uploaded it all to my server and went to the site, I tried to login but it said:

Method Not Allowed
The requested method POST is not allowed for the URL /login.asp.

Is that because my web host doesn't support asp or what. I'm new to this by the way.
