Dreamweaver CCS

everytime I save my ccs and upload it to my site it doesnt show up and when I try to reopen it in dreamweaver it starts showing like 20 browser errors

yea css sorry, i'll up the code right now

nvm the problem is that it saved as a .htm but its wierd because I open it as a css template but it has html markings and when i save it as a .css file it messes up
