Creating Thumbnails

I am writing an Image Gallery for one of my sites, http://www.thedeadrabbits.net/

I need to know how to make thumbnails of the images right when they are uploaded to the server.

There will be two seperate files, one for thumbnails, and one for the actual images.

Do a search over at www.phpclasses.org there's a number of classes for just such a thing.
