Network Bar?

How do i put a network bar up on my site? (like http://phpbbhacks.com/)

I think i know how to do it, just want to make sure its the right way to do it.

That's just a bar signifying that the site is part of a network of sites (in this case, Froggy network.)

Are you saying you want to start your own network or what?

actually i dont really want to go ahead and purchase a network site, i just want to have the toolbar (it really would help me advertise my site and actually get to my sites faster, cause right now i have around 6 of them :P)
