Scripting lessons

Hey there all.
I am interested in developing my skills on scriptinig, MY SQl and PHP. Can anyone point me in the right direction on where I can start to teach my this. Also what software would be useful to have to teach myself on.

Hey Twinkey - www.php.net is the official documentation for PHP.

Otherwise, get this book:

PHP & MySQL Web Development 2nd Edition. By Luke Welling and Laura Thompson.

It has a purple and white color scheme - probably the best one out there!

Most people learn from PHP.Net..

As for software wise I would suggest get a PHP Coder 2005! or a peice of software by Zend you can visit zend.com download links.
