PHP question - Html forms

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if there was a way to make a form that, depending on the item(s) selected from a list, the submit button would send the information somewhere else. Also, on sites like kbb.com (kelley's blue book), when you select a model for the car you are trying to get a value on, the other form (make) automatically loads all the names of the makes for that model. How do you do that?
????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/programming/109591-php-question-html-forms.html

I'm trying to make a site out of ***offenderregistry.com and would like to make a form that, when the user selected the state, it automatically set the forms up exactly like the ones at the individual state's *** offender registry sites. Then, depending on which state they selected, I would need the script to translate the information into what the state's search engines are looking for.

Am I making any sense?

Thanks in advance!
-Jorge

in your php script you could just check the value of that form input and include a different file depending what the input was.
