![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Concept of AI on the web, is it possible? Hi, Is it possible for a webpage to recieve sound input from the computer microphone WITHOUT flash or java? Just hoping this was possible... if not, would it be possible to create an AI to act as an assistant while you browse the web... (hopefully by voice, or by typing...) but web-based so you don't have to install any programs. Any thoughts on this? |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Theoretically, what you are asking, is possible, but would involve a lot (and I mean a lot) of coding, especially for speach activation. Now, I think there is an AI bot called Amie, or something, already, that you could probably use, but then again, you have to put in all the possible questions that you could be asked by someone, and then all the possible responses. Also, you will need to have some animated face on your site all the time, which would look a bit ugly really. ![]() I suppose, as long as yo have the time to program in all the possible questions, and answers, you should be able to mix and match the questions and answers in the coding. |
