PHP Programmer Needed

Hello everyone, i am looking to start a webdesign bussiness, i have already had a couple of satisfied customers, and right now i have one client in need of a website soon, I want to expand and actually have a staff with a designer (Thats me, unless i find someone better) a php programmer (you dont have to be leet, just good enough to make small content management scripts like a news system but for a hole website). And i might want some one els who can doing a little bit of everything. Flash html php photoshop (or just one of those categories). You will be payed upto 65%+ depending on how much of the work you contributed to the website. You will get 33.3% to 50% of the google ads (unless there are more people) and ou get 65% of other advertising (sponcered links, 468x60 banners etc) if you are interested please add me to your msn list: mikewiseman1113@gmail.com or pm me

I am intrested aswell.. I am exellent with HTML, PHP, and I am okay with PhotoShop.
