hi, i basically want a website system like http://z3.7-days.net/cgi-bin/yawps/index.cgi just it must be in cgi still, using sql and contain all of the features that does just only i can add news and articles etc....and i want a better custom forum.

www.b0g.org is the url for another example.

http://demo.virtuanews.co.uk/index.php is another example how i want it just i want the forum custom made without using phpbb inside of it etc...

That's a real large task. I would recommend contacting a design/programming company. I'd expect it to cost over $1000 though. Full site with database backends are usually over $1000, forum makes a few hundred extra. Sometimes they get about $2500.

why don't u try MKportal? http://www.mkportal.it. this is my favorite
portal as it is complete with all the features i want and it also integrates
to a number of forums like vbulletin, phpbb, simplemachine, and invision.
u can check the site if you want the features they offer and for free!

heh, no thanks, i think i might use some 15 year old coder i know (ka0s) he can create what i want for around 1,000

most people that age charge low, expect you to pay before and do a bad job, you should look for a more professional person

Agreed, most 15 year old perl programmers arnt very good, not saying ALL but perl is pretty hard to learn, but i was fortunate and had started programming at age 9
