that's really hard & deep work, it is possible to conver from phpbb to punbb or vb easily but ipb it is totaly different, i will think about it, if i can then i will tell you.

From which version of phpBB and to which version of IPB? And how big is your database?

yea this takes a long time depending on how many users and posts you have. also any mods that you installed will most likely be gone.
