Perl in localhost


im using phptriad for simulations webhosting before i tranferf to my hosting. but i had a difficult to using cgi/perl script in localhost, where i shoul put for the scripts ? in c:/apache/httpd/ <--- doesnt works c:/apache/cgi-bin/ doesnt work too.. pls help me.

What does it do when you try to acess the file when you place it in your cgi-bin, and are you sure that Perl is installed?
