Upload Tutorial

I have some forums on my website and people want to add a signature image. They can't do this because they don't have a url for the image. Could someone help me make a pic upload to a directory

why dont u ask your visitors to upload there image at imageshack.us or any other free image hosting service and insert the remote url in avatar linking or for signature they can use [IMG] LINK OF IMAGE [/IMG]
