problem with vbulletin skin

i've just uploaded a vbulletin skin, but its ****ed up when i view it, can someone help me, don't know what i did wrong?

Hi,

I think it could be to do with the way you set up the categories and the way that act. If you want me to sort it out id be willing to help you!

As i say,it works ok.
i was a Vbulletin skins ripper and ripped some sites before and collected lots of vb skins ver 2.x.x. and 3.x.x.
i'd like to help u out.
