Best place for advertiser to profit on actions/surveys/offers?

Hello, looking for some input from the community here. Basically what I have here is traffic that is looking for my site to provide a service to them. the service is valuable enough that they will do lets say a survey, or complete a lengthy offer as long as there is no cash coming directly out of their pockets. Even a 5+ minute survey would be a viable option. My traffic has TIME to spend but not money. They are willing to jump through hoops.

What would be a good way to cash in on this traffic? Ive considered CPA but all the sites claim to "be the best" so I would really like some personal opinions. A program that has a high approval rate would be good as well.

The traffic is interested in Video Games, but they would spend their time in any category really.
