Pay to surf sites are back!

Incase you haven't heard, those Pay to Surf type sites have RETURNED!!
This is good news for those of us who spend UNGODLY amount of time online

This site uses a framed browser window and every 30 seconds it will pop that window up and show you an ad. You click off the window and continue surfing.. they pay you up to $0.75USD per hour.

They also pay you by paypal

$0.75/hour is too low for me, IMHO.
I would rather use the time to hunt for a nice domain which has more value than $0.75.

.75 hour is the teaser to get a bunch of teenagers to sign up in your downline, which you then make ref money from.
That was always the point of the big ones back in the day (That now I can't even remember the name of...).
They were too easy to cheat, however, and with the forums being flooded with check images of college students getting paid thousands for setting the computer lab comps on automated and referring themselves many times over. Therefore, the advertisers disappeared and the programs went away (Adsense, anyone?).
