I am new to adwords and I just set up everything... or so I thought.

When I check the quality score, above the quality score it says that my campaign is not running

Can anybody help? I just simply can't seem to make it run. I've seemed to have enabled the ads.

It looks like the status of your ads is "paused". Or, it could be the adgroups or the campaign itself. Start at the campaign level and drill down, make sure everything is active. Look in your account for messages. Make sure there aren't issues with the ads themselves that stopped them from running (punctuation, typo in the URL, display URL not matching the destination URL, etc.) If there's something about the ad that doesn't meet their quality guidelines it will be auto-paused and they will notify you. The keyword quality score isn't the issue.

Thanks enlytend for your suggestion. I have looked at whether the ads are paused but they don't seem to.

I also don't seem to have had any alerts.

Any other suggestions?

I read somewhere that google adwords has a real time chat support, but I can't find that. Anybody have a link?
