Highest Paying Niche's for Mini-Sites

Ignoring competition, what are the general niche's that pay the most?

I'm assuming Real Estate, Insurance, Gambling and Medical are up there. What else?

Again, ignore competition. Assume it will be easy to rank for the high paying terms you are after. My reasoning for this is that I plan to target a specific non-English speaking market that is about 10 years behind the times when it comes to the interent. Outside of social networking and other entertainment sites, they have basically nothing.

I want to create some mini-sites and go after this market, but I'd like to narrow down which markets would be most lucrative first.

SpyFu - Keywords with Highest Cost Per Click

I do not think it is a good idea really, unless your clicks convert you will not see these high values...would you hand over $50 to some bozo who just set up Dui-LawyersFightingFor-YourRightsToKillOnTheRoad-Alabama.cm or would you pay that to law.com?

Go for it if you want, but I am pretty sure it will be in vain.

In this market most people don't speak English, so they need a site in their language. And in their language there is no law.com (there might be for law but there is nothing for many industries).

Regarding domain names, I have the luxury of basically any domain I want. There are heavy restrictions upon who can register domains in their country code, and I meet the requirements. There are some amazing generic.xx names available

I'm not really looking to debate my model any longer. I'm confident in it, at least enough so to make some mini-sites. I'm just curious to hear about high paying niches.

Stocks and mortgages.

refinance loans

With insurance its mostly auto or life insurance.

Medicine related keywords, Loans, Insurance, credit cards etc. compitition is pretty high for these but you might have a chance with none English sites which are targeting countries like France, Germany or Spain.
