any specifics? what type of CPM program? CPM for banner ads, popups, domain parking, etc.....??

If it's a .com, .net, or the big ones then DomainHop does pay a $4CPM assuming you meet their minimum traffic level.

Then they pay per click on top of that.

So DomainHop does seem to fit the bill.

Ahhh... you were looking for something to used on a developed site?

DomainHop is for use on parked domains, domains that don't have sites on them but still want content so the owner can make some money off of clicks and impressions (ie http://www.registerbetter.com ).

If you're looking for a guranteed $2.50 CPM, don't know what to tell you... Going through services like adbright or adengage could get you will over $2.50CPM, but your advertisers have to think that you're worth it.
