Any place that pays for .cc views???

Howdy,

I'm gettin tons of hits on my .cc but I don't get paid for just a viewing at Domain Hop... click yes, view no.

Anyone know of a place that pays for .cc views????

DH seems to be split on this issue, but if you're going to get paid for individual views, it's only worth your while to worry about the .004 or less per visitor is if the page in question gets a ton of type-in traffic to begin with, which wouldn't make sense on a .cc .

Better bet, stick with the program that optimizes and pays the best, don't worry so much about getting paid per unique.

Okay, I over was unclear... LOL... by tons I mean a heck of a lot more than my .com domain names but for them I get paid the .004 per view. Cool... but again, I get more views on my .cc names then my .com or .info which is why I'd like to find a place that pays for views regardles of the .tld used.

Anyone?

.004 ... times 1,000 visitors = $4.00, times 10,000 = $40.00

And if you have 10,000 visitors then you shouldn't choose your service based on who pays you a fraction of a cent for that visitor.

I just think you're kind of missing the point... Unless you get completely worthless traffic from fake sources, you'll always do better optimizing your ads for the highest CPC, not by changing what kind of minimal revenue you get from uniques.

So, it's better customize a page yourself and not just park it somewhere and let (DH, DS, etc.) do the work (build page, place ad, etc.)???

It can be, but that wasn't necessarily my point.

Instead, think about making sure you have ads that pay well, and good keywords/searchwords chosen on your parkingpage/program.

Ahh... okay, I'll go back to DH and see what keywords I've chosen.

I don't think I have much choice in the way of picking the ads though. Does anyone know if we can pick our ads at DH??? I'd ask them but they don't always respond to questions!

In DomainHop, the "context category" is the big, overall theme your page will take. If there are enough ads for that category, you have a hard time choosing the ads that appear. If you go for a more targeted category (Specialized, small demand), then there will not be enough ads in the category to fill the page without your search term to fill out the ads. So any space remaining that is not filled by the context category ads will be filled by matching ads with your search term.

Choose a good, high CPC and you'll get some great results :-)
