Best Pay Per Click Software?

I'm looking for a really good pay per click software that's easy to manage. Anything good out there that you have personally tried?

what do you mean by pay per click software, do you mean a tracker or a software where you can run your own network?

Adult sites have high payouts. I'm trying a new one out. Added the affiliate link to my forum sig at DPforums. They have a $150 signup for affiliates. Its too new to give you detailed payouts on them. They kind of went hand in hand with a couple of new domain regs I have. Looks pretty promising anyway. Time will tell.

Do you want the software which can be use to click google ads.
If you want to google ads using that software your adsense account might get banned.

I mean a PPC software that allows me to pay people who visit the sites I want them to visit. So they register on the site, I track their visits and I pay them. Anyone knows a good software that will allow me to have a site like this? Thanks.
