Is this Adsense feature legal to implement?

It's a feature you can create a visual background for Adsense.

Seems so because you're 'altering' the visual presentation of Adsense and causing extra attention to the ads.

But if this is not against their TOS, then I'd like to implement

Some of these are, some of these aren't. For example, the business card with the rabbit jumping out of a hat would be against adsense TOS because the image aligns with the ad. However, I'm pretty sure the rest are fine.

I dont think these are going to cause you a trouble as they're not directly tempting anyone to click those ads. But a background that has some graphics directing someone or tempting someone to click ads will surely cause a trouble with your adsense account.

i think its okay with that, beauty adsense code really draw people attention and get potential click
