What is the multiple of Adsense Income on a Valuation of a website.

For example if a Website creates USD 500 per month, what is the usual value of this site in the case of a sales negotiation.

Does it vary very much of the subject like games, travel, directories, or is this No point at all?

It depends on monthly revenue mostly. The buyer should be sure that you get $500/month from organic traffic, not from buying clicks... I was doing this one year ago, buying $0.01 clicks and getting adsense clicks 0.30-0.60 each

If it's not the case with your site, you should ask for 10-12 months revenue, so the start bid should be like $6000.

I agree with candleman, you should ask for 10-12 months revenue and if your site has a big subscribers base then you should add that value too (give your rate per thousand subscribers). You can sell it at higher price if you are lucky enough to get along with the people who're really interested in buying your site.
