About 2 years ago I was banned from adsense when I created a site inside a network. This was a ajax im website where the page never refreshed. This was a faluire because i was allegedly banned for Inappropriate clicks.
I have appealled but i was rejected by adsense
I have ypn but it is soo horrible, the ads dont even match the keywords of my site and the targetting is soo horrible.
Don't mean to sound blunt about this, but if you have been banned for invalid clicks, the best thing to do is look for alernatives. Google might never re-instate your account again :-(
Hard Luck mate,
Aditya
P.S. Try getting more information from Google's Adsense Forum.

Your best bet is to signup with a different account e-mail and domain, then re-add the violating domain later because you have to note; they ban the account, not the domain. If they banned the domain and someone purchased it, then buying a new high-traffic domain banned on adsense would be pointless :P
Its Google They dont reason well with people. The only way to get back into adsense is to use another name, or make a business acct. Thats simply the harsh reality.
I didnt mean a domain name. I mean another persons name A close relative or something. Becuase when your banned, thats generally why. Thats why business accounts are a generally easier fix.
Have you tried reapplying under a different name/address? Not the most ethical, but if you can use a family member's information you can get back in fairly easily.
You dont need an LLC. Sign up, and say your a business account, they dont check any legal anything. They will approve you. Then you go to the county clerk, get a DBA, go to your bank with the DBA, open a business checking account, and walla your good to go.
You need to be aware that if Google discovers ANY relationship between your banned account and your new account, you'll be banned again (and lose everything you've earned to that point). Just using a different name (business or otherwise) will NOT protect you. The account must be completely new. New name, new credit card, new address, new SS#/Tax#, new phone, etc. While it's true that many new accounts are not caught (right away), many ARE caught as they spot check. Is it worth the gamble of getting shut down again? llc is a good solution.
