I setup the following with Chitika domains:
iBookbags.com
mhelmets.com
agedefyingmakeup.com
Not the greatest domain names for type-in traffic, however they are getting some traffic and I have months of parking data from NameDrive and Revenue Direct to compare.
The CTR with Chitika running for 4 days seems abysmal compared to other parking services.
This could be due to numerous factors, but there are a few things that would be great to know before I start testing with more names:
1. when will the side links be relevant? customizable?
2. can Chitika provide their definition of an impression and visit? Every parking company measures differently, making it very hard to compare.
3. Is the rev share the same for all Chitika products? Are domains getting a lower CPC?
4. Any insight on how you measure and pay based on traffic "quality"?
Will Chitika take domain parking to the NEXT LEVEL? Something like this example -

They do, in fact, permit arbitrage. A Chitika rep on their forum confirmed this here:

Now, please tell me where you can buy cheap enough traffic to turn a profit on a Chitika parked page. I don't think the CPC on chitika is high enough. Shopping.com is providing the ad feed for Chitika and that traffic is already cheap.
