oh goodness. i'm halfway through the video, and although the content is good, this jim character seems to be an expert in taking forever to explain something!

Yep nice find Gene, i have seen various blog posts on this matter describing how to deal with the Google "slap" issue but videos like these describing the matter are very informative as well.
