can anyone share their experience with valueclickmedia in terms of their average cpm, quality of ads displayed, fill rate, etc?

They are reputable and have always paid me on time. The banner ads are them smilies, icons, flash ads, etc. Some of them are excessive animation, but you can easily turn all them of and choose the ads that you want and don't want to show on your website.
CPM ranges depending on your niche and also on your quality of traffic and the CTR.
Also, I currently have VCM in 2nd place in my CPM ad network chain. | |
