Apply to many CPM networks as possible. All they can say is NO. You might have test a little to find out what company offers higher CPM for entertainment traffic.

Depends... $0.4 - $1 CPM

What about adding adult/mature related ads on your site? they seem to pay higher CPM rate.

I use Valueclick and they have been pretty reliable and run fairly decent ads. The CPM rate varies from a few dollars to around $0.30.

I've had some success with a few ad nets. Burstmedia, Google's Adsense, ValueclickMedia, Tribalfusion, Gorillanation, Realtechinteractive, Adlink, and Adicon are all have their pluses an minuses.

adbrite stopped feeding says the content "quality" is not good enough.

Any suggestions on how to get to be accepted?
