Would you post your dev. mini-site(s) please?

Like many other Npers, I am looking towards developing some of my better domains, rather than leaving them in declining PPC. I would really appreciate seeing some examples of 3-5 page mini-sites with Adsense, Adbrite etc that Npers have developed for their domains.

I'm not asking for postings of Whypark, Imodo etc mini-sites, as these types of sites are covered elsewhere in other threads. I'm hoping to see some (inspirational..) examples of mini-sites developed from scratch or using available templates. If you'd like to showcase or share, I hope you post some links to your sites. Thanks in advance.

Mod Edit: No more than five live links per post.

I thought for google adsense, your site had to have at least 20 pages of content. Is that not the case?

BS, No such requirement in their TOS
????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/parking-and-traffic-monetization/502144-would-you-post-your-dev-mini.html
Like a lot of "So-called Common Knowledge" about google and Adsense

1 page is MORE than enough if Content is relevant and useful
http://acnefree.ca whitebark's little minisite More than enough content
What is required is Relevant content and sites not "Made purely for Adsense"

some seo type people recomend that the site have multiple pages before you insert the adsense code. But this is not a requirement. Thats probally how you picked up on the 20 pages theory.

www.DubaiFestival.info - Drupal - needs a new look
www.RosevillePlace.com - Drupal - Not quite a mini but...
www.McCoyPottery.info - my design
www.HardingBlack.info - Drupal
????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/showthread.php?t=502144
www.TecoPottery.info - Private Script
www.Pottery.co.in - Private Script - just installed
www.LottaShoes.com - Private Script - fresh hand reg - my template design - content from an old advertising booklet - much more to add.
www.Rozane.info - my design (yuck) needs new look

The next 2 may be questionable as mini-sites but... Links in sig
ColorfulColorado.com - Drupal
Roycroft.org shows what can be done with a dropped name and an old catalog. Paid low $XXX for the name. Lots of hours scanning and building (more to be done) but looks like the payback will be around 18 months.

That is just what comes to mind right now. Some pay well and some don't. I found Drupal quite easy to get going with. Is short on templates but that seems to be changing. I like using the .info extension. Cheap to buy.

I am getting setup to start cranking out at least one a week for a while.

May be more than anyone ever wanted to know but what-da-hey.soap-box.ext.

BTW, I have around 40 more but some very ugly or non-paying or I just can't remember the names. Forgot about a basic 1 pager at www.thereversemortgage.net/

It takes work. I receive a check from big G every month which is one hell of a lot better than parking and the affiliate stuff is inconsistent but picking up. Not getting rich but giving a bit of cash flow which allows me to do fun stuff.

So you would say it is worth it paying for example 250 to have someone make a minisite (like aeiou) if you do not have the time/fun to do it yourself.
Considering 250 is 12 months of 20 dollar and then you are "homefree" and the value from your site has gone up.
Do you need high quality domainnames to make 20 dollar a month with minisites?

Not really
????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/showthread.php?t=502144

BTW I create joomla! minisites Like those I listed and sell them for $75 to $150USD

Plus at end of 12 months the minisite is worth the purchase price Plus added value based on the 12mths income. So could be resold for a nice profit

Another advantage of minisite's over park pages , Very hard to promote Parked domains due to TOS of Parking sites. Minisites can be linked, advertised, promoted whichever way you want , your choice , without any restrictive rules.
