It must be a script to create adsense ready websites. It good for non experienced people, and for busy xperienced people I guess.
Their dns not working I suppose, I just did setup attacker.info with them, but it not working :"Firefox can't find the server at www.attacker.info."
I would be very wary of putting my adsense account on any content that I didn't create myself. TONS of people get kicked out for that. Even if it's not fraudulent, Google may well tell you that you don't fit their business model if your content is multiplied in millions of sites across the web. Not to mention the duplicate content issues which could keep you out of the search engines altogether.
These type of sites typically do not do well in search engines anymore, either in search results or monetization.
Remember - if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
