I have been getting a few here and there on sedo lately... Just wondering if the PPC payouts are turning around, or it just might be a random event in my portfolio............
I agree sedo needs to share the wealth a little more, I started developing my sites and taking them away from sedo......... as I was getting a lot of traffic on certain domains and 2 cent clicks, and I knew if that was a semi developed site, with other affilations I could be making real decent money...ie.... take this site I have at sedo... quickXXXX.com it has about 500 unique visitors month to date...95 clicks, and it has made $3.50 which hurts... That is 95 clicks that are pretty much wasted, if it was any other program or programs on a developed site, I am sure I could have made over $100 with this one domain alone....
I think its just a random event..unfortunately I'v had clicks alot higher than that at sedo but not very often....once in a blue moon !
It sure feels like it sometimes, maybe the odd time we get a $ 3 + click is actually just a glitch in their system and thats what they're making all the time ....on every click
The big push for transparency in parking was a joke, no meat.
So who knows, one can only assume skimming is the norm when stats are behind smoke and mirrors. Transparency is the only tool left that can save parking.
How do parked and fab... get so many $3+ clicks when big players like sedo cannot? Is it technology in their platforms? Or is it sedo keeping it all for themselves?
That is exactly the opposite for me. I get clicks over $3.00 at Sedo all the time. I almost never get them at Parked. I also used to get more clicks at Parked than at Sedo, but now I just get a higher CTR there. I recently moved over a group of names that got 1-3 type ins a day each and clicks every few days. These names at Parked don't even show visitors, making it impossible for them to get clicks. The ones that have gotten clicks are near 100% CTR because of the lack of visitors, but I don't understand how if Sedo doesn't show multple clicks and Parked does, how a name can get 3 or 4 clicks in a week at Sedo and 0 visitors for the week at Parked. I am about to move those names back.
I guess it just shows that some people's names do better different places. My average EPC and earnings per name are both usually higher at Sedopro. Also, the minimum Sedo pays me per click is $.03, which I am sure helps bring up the average. That is 3-6 times the minimum click I am getting at other places ($.00-$.01), and is really helps.
i have been having a few 3 euro clicks this month, not just on 1 name either. Guess it is just one of those things in the parking minefield!! At least it is better than nothing
