Domain Parked, Making Money but I Need to Move On

I have a few domains, currently parked at sedo which are actually making a reasonable amount of money with great CTR and good $ per click too (sometimes) and I'd like to move forward. I would like to run a few ads directing traffic to the page, but this violates Sedo's terms.

I know sedo displays ads for the mighty Goog, so I imagine that if I wrote up a page or two of text on the topic and ran adsense on the page it would display the same ads, but Sedo displays them through some sydication scheme where the end viewer doesn't know they're coming from Google.

The high CTR (around 30%, I think it's pretty high for a parking page) leads me to think I've found a good niche and I'm looking for a way to capitalize on it. I'm looking for affiliate programs, but I'd like ot run an adsense campain too, I just get the feeling that my CTR will drop from 35% to 0.5% as soon as the "Ads by Gooooogle" border appears, even if the rest of the content were the same.

Any thoughts?
