| Actually why i have asked because i was the buyer of this domain but the seller is not cooperating with sedo to have this domain name transfer to me please see below , I have no idea why the seller is doing that ,the seller is legally bound by the buying/selling rules,if they had no intension to sell then why they put it up for auction luckly i was dealing through sedo so my payment is secured and the seller was trying to sell the domain at namepros ,now if the seller is really genuine then they should honour the deal and have the domain transfer to me through sedo. This email came to me on 10/03/08 ( i paid in full to sedo) Now that we have received the complete payment for the domain kdi.mobi you may now initiate the technical transfer of the domain. This came on 12/03/08 Please note that we have informed the seller to approve the transfer immediately, For further information please don't hesitate to contact us again. This mail was on 02/04/08 Thank you for your e-mail. Kindly note that we are still waiting for the seller to approve your transfer. For further information please don't hesitate to contact us again. This came on 10/04/08 Please note that we have asked the sller to approve the transfer and awaiting a feedback from him. Best regards, This final email came on 16/04/08 Thank you for your e-mail. Kindly let me know if we should cancel the transaction as teh seller is not co operating. Best regards, Now what you guys think i should do ,because i saw this domain here at namepros but i made the offer through sedo for security reasons. I know we all want to make big bucks with our domains but its not possible all the time and we should all honour our obligations and deals. Thats the way i work and i'm sure thats the way most of us work aswell. | mobier... If you put the name up for auction at Sedo....and, it sold above reserve, then you're obliged to transfer the name to the buyer, once he's paid the money to Sedo. A deal is a deal, mobier... I suggest you transfer the domain - or, explain why not, here at NamePros...Or, noone who sees this thread will do business with you again... .

Thats what i say aswell (deal is a deal) ,I made a bid he puts it in auction (reserve already met) Auction finished and i won ,i paid to sedo promptly and i'm still waiting for the transfer of this domain,infact i started a transfer request again after this thread hopping that (MOBIER) might realise and accept the transfer but no luck so far and still waiting. Mobier please honour the deal and have the kdi.mobi transfer to me like a gentleman. DS

| This same thing happened to me twice in the past. I bid on .mobi names (LLL.mobi and KEYWORD.mobi), won, and paid but the sellers never responded. Both sellers were from China. I really hate this situation. I hope you get your domain dotstate. |

| I bought a mobile name of afternic.Paid and then the buyer refused to transfer the name to me. This person is on namepros and does not come from China, is based in the U.S.A. During my years on the internet I have came across some lovely people, who are in the majority. Unfortunately there is a minority that can spoil things. |
