First, congrats on the offers. I think hotel names in MOBI are a good fit. It really comes down to if you need the 10k for higher priority purchases or development costs. Taking a decent offer now vs. holding for greater price appreciation is the question and a case can be made either way. You sound as if you'd prefer to wait. Can't blame you.
