Email marketing...

Howdy!

Anyone market domains via email/smail???

A few questions come to mind for which someone might have some answers!

1. Is it better to approach a company via email or hardcopy letter??

2. How might one approach a company in such a way as to avoid TM claims?? I know if the domain is general enough it should not be a problem but I'm wonder what words or phrases (if any) in particular should be avoided at all costs!!

3. Do you base the sales price on what you think the company can afford... after doing some reseach?? OR, do you pick a dollar amount that could mean a quick 'n' easy sale?? I know this is more a matter of personal preference but I'd appreciate feedback from others and their experiences.

Last one...

4. To whom (owner, GM, Office Mgr, IT guys, etc.) in the company do you direct your efforts??

Many thanks in advance!
