Content suggestions needed....

I have a domain:

Ineedincome.com

On afternic it says its getting some traffic, about 20 visitors a month. With the tough economy, there is certainly a need for making extra money.

What kind of legitimate income producing offers could I use as content? I don't want it to be filled with a bunch of sleazy, stuffing envelope type gimmicks.

What would it take to build the site into generating at least $75-150 a month in income? I don't have alot of time to devote to it, but generating a little monthly income would be nice as it develops into a solid asset to possibly sell down the line.

My ideas were:

Go counter to 99% of the "make money" web sites out there. My site wouldn't be filled with hyperbole and exaggerated claims. No scams. No stuffing envelopes. I would make that clear on the first page.

One idea is to offer content on how other people found success in real businesses. I know quite a few peoples stories ranging from hot dog cart vending to vending machine owners to people in import/export (offering links to other peoples pages in those industries).

The site could broaden peoples horizons to businesses they may not have thought of. I could offer an opt in email list with weekly tips, etc.

I've also thought about a better web name.

I thought about offering e books online, but I think ebooks in general seem to lack the credibility with the public compared to regular books. There are so many ebooks, it is hard to differentiate them vs other lessor titles.

i think you could make it a directory of jobs or something related to making money

Heh isn't it ironic that this thread is about how to make money with a website that teaches you how to make money?

Answer those three general questions and you'll probably have your answer on how to build the site. Maybe even making the site a case study on how you turned a $5.00 domain into a site that now makes "$xxx.xx" per month would work. Take a look at overture and optimize your site to bring in adsense traffic along that theme...
