What is the PR?
What is this PR (Page Rank I'd guess) and where are you getting it? Seems the higher the number the better. Sry for the newb question.

when you guys are talking about getting decent page rank ,
is this for simple parked 1 page sites at the ppc places ?
or is it for multipage content sites?

Usually fully developed sites have the decent page rankings, not so much the PPC parked page, at least not after the links figure out that it's not the site they thought it was anymore. Page rankings are basically based on how and who you are connected to.
