Which staff member(s) to send letter too?

I'm planning on contacting some end users for a domain. I came across a company which have many different type of contact persona.

Which are the following:
Registered Office
Chief Financial Officer
Company Secretary
Corporate Communication & Media Contact
Commercial Office
Marketing Office
Acid Marketing
Investor Relations

I don't know which of the contacts is best to send the letter to.

I was thinking to send a letter to the Registered Office, Corporate Communication & Media Contact, Commercial Office and Marketing Office.

Is this too much? If so, who should I send it to?

I would probably send it to the Marketing Office since they would be in charge of promoting the company and would most likely have somewhat to do with the website. Corporate Communications & Media Contact sounds more like the department that handles media communications. For example if a newspaper wanted to contact them. That is where the company basically gets information out to the media. So I have at least given you 1 department you should be able to eliminate from the few you are thinking of.

That makes three left. I personally found Marketing the best option also. Though, I'm wondering if I should send it to the other two aswell.
