Maybe you can ask them to check their emails? A friend of mine placed an order with them today and after paying, got no registration page to input the details. She's emailed them about what to do and they've not gotten back with her.

Wouldn't use them again, sent 8 emails asking for information, called them twice to find no one to answer the call. The 9th time I emailed I told them I had contacted paypal, then 4 days later I received this email.

I know the owner, he told me that they are not offering those packages if you buy them you will probably get your money refunded. This company grew incredibly big, and now they work with big web companies with custom plans.

I personally think that they should effectively manage their website in order for clients to actually feel that they are working with big companies. ^^
