Just look at the picture and see how forum posting give life to my site... Forum posting is still the best method of advertising for me and the more you active in forums, the more knowledge will be added into your marketing arsenal.. so don't waste your time in useless viral marketing, traffic autoexchanges, safelists, and other dirty tricks..
Yes.... it depends on your niche actually but whatever niche you may have, webmaster forums still effective because everyone there are looking for everything...
well congrats but don't downgrade other traffic building methods just because you're not using it.
im proud owner of manual and auto traffic exchangers and safelists as well and both am a member as well, and am earning money from it because of the real human traffic that comes.
I also practice viral marketing and forum sig is one viral marketing if you don't know that.
fyi/headsup: the true test of a real traffic and positive results in any marketing is not the bloated traffic hits done to your site but hits turned to sales. So posting pictures of your increased numbers plus the screenshots of your earnings (checks preferably or paypal screenshots) is most preferred.

don't belittle other traffic building methods just because you don't use it and it has not worked for you.
the fact that others are earning money from them (both affliliate member and merchant) to some they work, to some they don't but they do exist to build up traffic that's profitable.
yeah google of course is the best for all traffic sources and earnings.
when you say ecard traffic is working out for you, do you mean they convert for your site? i tried ecard myself on my blog and was having lot of drops and was finding lot of blog interested in advertising on my blog also. but that traffic proved to be worthless for me. they just came to my site, dropped the card, and left. good to see you are finding it useful
