I created a new website recently, and I need to put some advertisements there, pictures and flashes are preferred, currently you can hardly find any pictures there.

As a new website, I cannot get google ads in the first 6 months, so can you list me some suggestions on how I can get some advertisements.
It's needed as I'm re-writing the backend content management system. I have to reserve some good positions for the adverts.

As I'm from Asia, how can I get the payment from the adverts partners?
