This may not get your website on "the first page" but it certainly will help. What I do, is use an auto-traffic exchange. A traffic exchange is a site were you view another persons website for 10 secods or so, and then u gather credits for every site you view. Each credit is generally equals 1 person who views your site.
*This will not get you any dedicated member, its just used for increasing your rankings among search engines*
There are 2 main types, auto-surfs and just plain surfs.
Autosurfs are the same system, just it switches automatically between every page. Normal surfs are were you have to click between every page. Naturally, auto surfs will gain you more credits, or visitors.
What I do, since I spend lots of time on my computer, is I sign up at 3 auto-surf traffic exchanges. And I have 3 windows open, that are always working in the backround.

I submit my web link, and I click PAUSE, so that while I gain credits, they gather up, instead of automatically being transfered to traffic 1 at a time.
Once I have gathered a total of 5k or so credits, u click GO and thats 5k people going to your site that day. Since this is auto, say you spend 3 hours per day on your comp, with 3 auto-traffic exchanges running, thats 2.5k or so credits, total.
