What is the best way to get my new site indexed it's been live for a week, is this to short ? i am using AdWords but not very well i need to squat up a lot more to understand it all. my site is provided by my wholesale company so i do not have access to the raw code on design aspects through a control panel so am unable to submit sitemaps ect or add AdSense...
any advice would be great sorry you must have heard this loads of times but we all start from some where... or if you could point me to some threads that would be useful too...

You can also try submitting it manually to SE's. |

| Update content as much as possible if you can. They like to crawl new things. Updates and providing fresh content leads to more frequent crawls.
For why it hasnt been indexed yet could be a ton of different reasons. |

| submit the sitemap, get some links going to your site, and hope for the best.
sometimes new sites stay in the sandbox for months so make sure you have good content and try to update it often.

| A site map submitted to Google helps a lot. I saw a big boost in traffic after submitting them on my sites. |

| I've been playing around with this problem for a couple of months. Some sites get picked up, but trying the same procedure with another one can leave it invisible.
Working with software or sites that "pings" SE's is the most reliable way I've found. Watch out for loading with keywords or other things that might get you penalized. And it can't hurt to try all the things mentioned here .
Most of all - best of luck! |

1.)Submit it manually to search engines.
2.)Update the content often.
3.)You can start a blog and put some content, or one-two articles with a link two your main website.
4.) You can submit these articles to main social bookmarking services and digg.com(according the submission guidelines of course) with a link to your blog that links to your main website.
You can submit your site to many free directories also..
5.)start an adwords or yahoo ss campaign.
The above steps will help you to get more backlinks. |
