New Directory, Should We have An "Adult" Category listing as main directory?

I have searched the net and haven't seen any top level directory having a "Adult" category on the main page of there site.

In our Meta search engine, One adult keyword alone has close to a 1000 searches a month, for a relativly new engine thats pretty good.

We are setting up a directory and was thinking of setting a "top level" category for Adult sites with Sub-categoires of relates site. Gambling, Etc etc.

Do you think this is wise?
Is there any Law or rules we have to follow. since we will not show any Adult content at all we will just link to it?

Wondering your thoughs, We fig we might corner the market on this lol

If there is no directory yet that offers that, why not start with that, so you have something different, you don't want to be just like everyone else.

I personally don't feel that when people see "Adult" as a category they will continue using the directory, but your choice.
