moneybookers
Does anyone have experience of using Moneybookers.com for sending payments? I've not heard of them before. It appears to be a UK based company similar to Paypal.

I heard they ask for faxed copy of credit card, identity, etc... after purchase.
However, they don't have chargebacks and they are good at detecting fraud.

i only used them to receive money and sen the money to my own bank account. all with no problem and really fast.

when you enter a bank account to move your moneybookers money to your own account they will first pay one cent or so on this account and you have to enter a number you see on your bank statement. after this verification you can make anything you want with this account.

to receive money like from affiliate programs it's the best solution i ever had.
