I just started a new site I think would be perfect for you. it's called blogengage and it's a place to submit your blogs so you can get traffic and new visitors. I have a special today so when you add your blog I will submit it to the main home page and you will get traffic from our readers.

I would also suggest purchasing links inside forums, blogs, blog rolls etc.. get your name out so you can get new users.
