![]() | Effective Newsletters. HTML or Plain Text? I was always wondering, which type of newsletter/affiliate email would be more effective? An email in plain text or an email in html using images and fonts to grab the viewers attention? Does anybody know which one can be more effective? Plain text would be viewable by more people, since not every email accepts html. Or would it be html? With images and fonts to attract the viewers attention? I am wondering which one it is since I am making a Mailing Newsletter and I am wondering HTML or Plain Text. Both have ups and downs. Let me know what you think. |

![]() | Sorry, I AM TALKIGN ABOUT MAILING LISTS! They don't have an option. They never seen my site before. EVER. They are not registered. No option. forget the option. A MAILING LIST. You know the ones you can buy 1000000 user emails for a few hundred bucks? Those. There's no option. I either send plain text or html. I am wondering which would be better. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | iDeviseFlash, I honestly doubt that. There's way too many domain registration services (I know of) that provide email services for the domain, which do not support HTML emails. I'm willing to bet they won't be changing their platforms for quite some time. |

![]() ![]() | wow. I would think that at least in 3-4 years there will be a conversion to HTML, i mean, if html is the "new" of email, then what will the new be in 3-4 years? I would think that would leave text behind, but idk, thats just mo. |
