2) In and of itself, maybe. Even if it doesn't, one more listing on the web sure can't hurt...
And some people have suggested that inclusion here will improve the chance of getting picked up for FREE by Yahoo's "main" dot com Directory - which would normally cost you several hundred dollars for inclusion if you were to submit it directly yourself. Inclusion in the "main" directory is considered a BIG plus for your site ranking, so this would be very worthwhile.
